Years of studying massage therapy, yoga, mobility, structural integration revealed something simple: the body is often far wiser than we give it credit for.

Awareness is what guides the work. Rather than fitting people into a protocol, each session is tailored to what is most needed in that moment.
Sometimes a session is quiet. Sometimes it's emotional. Sometimes it's full of laughter. Most often, it's simply a chance to pause long enough to notice what's been asking for attention.
