Meet Amy
Licensed Massage Therapist & Registered Yoga Teacher
I've always been fascinated with the body, not just how it moves, but how it adapts, compensates, protects, communicates, and finds its way back toward balance.
I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist and Registered Yoga Teacher with decades of hands-on experience and continued training in therapeutic bodywork, movement, mobility, and structural integration. My work draws from these disciplines to look beyond where something hurts and explore the patterns that may be contributing to it, physically, emotionally, or energetically.
I love working with people who want to feel better and understand their bodies better.
Awareness guides the work, no rigid protocols, just listening to what's needed in the moment.
I don't believe healing is something I do to you. My role is to listen, observe, and bring skillful hands and a different perspective to the process, helping you build self-awareness and find greater ease and freedom in your own body.
What a Session Might Feel Like
-
Some sessions are simply still, a chance to rest, breathe, and let your nervous system settle. No talking required, no explaining needed.
-
Touch can bring things to the surface. If tears come up, that's welcome here too. Often it's just the body releasing what it's been holding.
-
Healing doesn't have to be heavy. Some of the best sessions are light and easy, full of good conversation and laughter.
-
Most often, it's just a chance to pause long enough to notice what's been asking for attention.
Still Wondering If This Is Right for You?
Sometimes the hardest part is deciding to begin.
You don't have to know exactly what you need before your first session. That's what I'm here for.
